Hi and welcome to another Stampers Showcase Blog Hop. Our projects are highlighting embossing techniques whether it be heat or dry embossing (or debossing). I’ve gone for a favourite technique of mine which is dry embossing. I love this technique as it is a very simple way to add quick texture to cards and it really gives a project a bit of wow factor without any effort at all.

I’ve used the Greenery Embossing Folder which is part of a duo and is one of our Mini Embossing Folders. These are specially designed to fit in our Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine which should be released in the next few months. I’m so excited for this as it’s portable, great to take with you on stamp camps , retreats or holidays and it’s cute as well!

Currently we have our fabulous Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine available and in order to use embossing folders, this is a must have tool. It’s a very simple to use tool, with each plate numbered to make crafting easy for the user. You can use your die cuts and your embossing folders in it.

Place your cardstock in your embossing folder and run it through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to achieve a lovely textured result. I have seen so many of my customers get such a thrill when they see the look of embossed cardstock and how they could create it with such ease.

I die cut the circle from the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper and coloured it in, using a sponge dauber in Pool Party ink. The leaves were stamped in Pool Party ink and I also die cut some foliage from the Brushed Metallic Cardstock to match my panel at the back.
