Caseing the Catty CTC518 – 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue Cover

Today is a bit exciting as we start Caseing the new 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue at the Caseing the Catty Challenge. For CTC518 we are CASEing the Annual Cataloue cover.

At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that many projects to CASE but the more I kept looking at this image for inspiration, there were so many ideas I could glean from it and get inspiration for projects. Today, I’ll be CASEing the colours of the card with the banner at the bottom of the cover.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO CASE?

To CASE means to Copy and Selectively Edit a project, be inspired by it to make it your own. The Caseing the Catty Challenge, uses our Stampin’ Up! catalogues as inspiration and each week our crew start off the challenge with a blog hop.

To complete my card I’ve used the Impressions Abloom Bundle. For my card base, I chose Cloud Cover and have added a matte layer of Secret Sea embossed with the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder. Across the top I added 3 strips of Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper, depicting the stripes which are at the top of the banner of the card I’m Caseing.

As I don’t have a Cloud Cover ink pad at the moment, I stamped the flowers with Lost Lagoon and I think it worked well. Some heat embossed leaves on Garden Green Cardstock add some beautiful texture to them.

The ‘daughter’ sentiment is from the She’s the Greatest stamp set which is a must-have for all the special ladies in your life. The products used on this card will be available on the 6th of May so mark your calendars because it’s going to be so much fun!
