Caseing the Catty CTC526 – Tag Sketch

Happy Sunday friends. It’s time for another Caseing the Catty Challenge. For CTC526 We are Caseing a Tag Sketch from Page 24 of the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue.

To CASE is to Copy and Selectively Edit a project. This can be a direct copy or you can put your own spin on it. I am CASEing the tag which is the 4th image from the left on the bottom row.

I’ve used the Everyday Arches dies to create the oval shape using the partial die cutting technique. Onto this I stamped the image from the Weekend Adventures stamp set which was coloured in Stampin’ Blends.

On the white matte layer I stencilled some Pool Party ink using the mask in the Birthday Treats Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.

The sentiment was layered with some Turtle-y Cute Designer Series Paper and a strip of stamped Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock.

I added some hearts and a bow stamped with Pool Party hearts to complete the other elements in the sketch.
