Feeling Holly – 30 Day Christmas Cardmaking Challenge
I went with a classic colour palette for this card throwing green out the window for the Feeling Holly theme of the #30DayChristmasCardmakingChallenge. This was quite an unusual palette for me and I absolutely loved how it turned out. The black leaves from the Leaves of Holly stamp set (retired) looked so good that I will probably be doing that again!
I stamped the flowers from the Ringed with Nature stamp set in Poppy Parade ink and fussy cut them.
A silver trim adds the sparkly element to this card along with some silver Festive Pearls. This card is filled with texture and layers and shows that you don’t need a lot of colours to make a pretty card. I hope this has inspired you to give some alternate colours a go as you create your cards.
