I’ve got a cute fancy fold to share with you today. I featured this on my Wednesday night Creative Escape with Rochelle. Each Wednesday, I have a Facebook Live where I make a project and you can chat with me and join me for some creative fun. You know, halfway through the week, midweek celebration kind of thing.
Today I had an appointment and the Facebook Live had to go ahead no matter what so I recorded it a few hours earlier thinking I wouldn’t make it in time. As it turned out, I did make it well in time. However, things didn’t go as planned and the broadcast got delayed and the recording is there now … as promised! Fun and games with technology and me.
This cute card uses the free Flower & Field Designer Series Paper from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue. I’ve also used the free Heal your Heart stamp set. Until 28th February all orders over $90 will get a free product or products if you order more. How awesome is that?
Measurements
Coastal Cabana Card Base – 29.6cm x 10.5cm (scored in half) – cut 3cm off from the right side of the front of card (this is not required for this project) Basic White – 11.4cm x 10.1cm (inside of card), 7cm x 7cm (for label), 4cm x 7cm for vase and flowers Old Olive – 5cm (leaves) DSP – 11.4cm x 10.1cm, 2.6cm x 10.1cm

Two of these kits are the Gorgeous Posies Card Kit and Boho Indigo Product Medley. I’ve combined both of these beautiful kits to create my card today in Bumble Bee and Night of Navy. The Bumble Bee brings a warmth and brightness which is quite cheerful.
The Very Vanilla embossed cardstock is from the Product Medley which also includes other patterns in embossed cardstock. The main flower from the Gorgeous Posies stamp set has been fussy cut and topped with a flower from the Boho Indigo Product Medley. I coloured this with the Light Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend.
The leaves were stamped in Balmy Blue and then shaded with Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends for more depth. I also coloured the label with the Light Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend to coordinate with the rest of the card. Some long gold foil leaves have been added to create height against the smaller leaves.

Mini Gift Box
I used one of our Mini Shipping Boxes and covered it with a sheet of the DSP which I cut to size. As the paper is 6″x6″ it didn’t wrap around but I liked the look of the Kraft box peeking slightly through as it matched my vase and the look of the project.
The Very Vanilla embossed panel comes in the Product Medley as does the gold embossed leaf. You get a variety of these and they are just beautiful accent pieces. A panel of cardstock was heat embossed in gold using the leaf stamp and then sponged Mint Macaron and Garden Green over to create the border at the bottom.
Gift Tag
I made a matching gift tag as beautifully packaged gifts need a beautiful gift tag.
I made the best use of the items in the Product Medley including the label which I stamped and sponged on. The accents of green and Cinnamon Cider work well against the blues of this suite.
