Step-it-Up with a Touch of Ink
I hope you have been enjoying all the fun projects I’ve been sharing using products from our Mini Catalogue. I’ve got a series of step-it-up cards featuring the beautiful A Touch of Ink stamp set. I’ve also got a fabulous shopping special for this weekend so keep reading.
What is Sale-A-Bration?
It definitely is something to celebrate! All orders over $90 (before shipping) placed until the 28th of February can CHOOSE FREE PRODUCT from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue. There are 2 tiers of Sale-A-Bration rewards which you can earn which can be reached at $90 and $180.
Spend $90 = Choose 1 Level 1 reward
Spend $180 = Choose 2 Level 1 rewards or 1 Level 2 reward
Spend $270 = Choose 3 Level 1 or 1 Level 1 and 1 Level 2 reward

The touch of ink stamp set is a Tier 2 Sale-A-Bration offering. It’s a two-step stamp set and what this means is that the first image stamps the outline, while the next will fill in the colour. This stamp set is what I would also call a ‘forgiving’ stamp set. I just love that the fill-in image is not precise. So if you’re slightly out in alignment, it doesn’t look wrong and it ‘forgives’ you!
This first card I created is quick to make and is great if you need something in a hurry or if you are starting out in cardmaking. It just involves SIP (Stamps, Ink and Paper) and a few Matte Black Dots which is one of my favourite products in this catalogue.
For my next card, I used our fabulous new Blending Brushes (another fave!) to add a stepped up element. Check out my video below to see how lovely these brushes are to use.
Some extra detail with an embossing folder and a heat embossed image step this card up for the Avid crafter. With several sentiments included, this stamp set can be used for a variety of occasions and is suitable for whichever level of crafting you may be at.
