Today I’m playing along with the Just Add Ink Colour Challenge #623 of Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party and Starry Sky. These 3 In-Colours from our 2022-2024 In-Colour range are quite summery and bright.

I’ve created a Christmas card with this colour palette for a non-traditional alternative. I blended some Starry Sky on the Basic White Cardstock and a little bit on the Snowflake Vellum for a hint of colour.

The leaves were die cut from Hues of Happiness DSP. This paper is Granny Apple Green and I blended Parakeet Party over it to work in with our colour scheme.

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black and then embossed it in Clear Embossing Powder for some shine.

This card has lots of texture but is very quick to make. With just over 2 months left for Christmas this is one of the cards that I’ll be duplicating (possibly in a variety of colours) for my stash.
