A Little Note of Appreciation – Create a Vibrant Card with the Textured Notes Bundle
In contrast to the Shabby Chic card I created for the previous week’s Card Creations Series, this vibrant card with the Textured Notes bundle takes a bold and cheerful turn . Designed as a bright expression of gratitude, it’s the perfect way to send a little note of appreciation.
This card is the third in my Textured Notes Card Creations Series. I love creating each of the cards with different styles and colours as it really shows the many looks one product can give. To give the Designer Series Paper a fresh twist, I simply coloured the leaves using Stampin’ Blends. This easy technique is a quick way to elevate your DSP, adding depth and allowing you to coordinate colours beautifully with your design.
Layered, offset rectangles create a textured base for the foliage, and you might spot a sneak peek of one of the gorgeous new In Colors – Secret Sea. This deep blue is both rich and striking—I can already tell it’s going to be a well-loved shade in my collection! To complete the look, I tucked in a few extra leaves cut with the Gallery Blooms Dies, which have quickly become a go-to for me.
