Shining Bright – 30 Day Christmas Cardmaking Challenge
It’s the start of the 30 Day Christmas Cardmaking Challenge which is organised by Martin Stone from Martin’s Mayhem. Over the last couple of years I have been participating in this and I love the various parameters that Martin gives for each of the days. This is also a great chance for me to get a whole lot of Christmas cards created!
This year, I’ve added my own twist to this challenge. Let me introduce you to Nostalgic November – where I’ll be using products from Christmases past to play along with these themes. I have many stamp sets and dies (quite a few unopened) which I’m just wanting to bring out of the archives for this challenge. So make sure you check back each day for the inspiration.
For this theme of Shining Bright I went with some of the Stampin’ Up! shiny Snowflake Magic Specialty Designer Series Paper. I’ve used the snowflake from the retired Festive Flurry stamp set which has been heat embossed and fussy cut for the focal image.
A panel of Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper sits behind and was also used to stamp the sentiment on.
