I’ve got a quick and easy card today using the Inked & Tiled punch pack. Although it’s got lots of layers (which I love), the punch makes this an easy card to create.
The Inked & Tiled Punch pack is a set of 2 punches. For this card I used one and layered it on the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper as my background. One of the sheets in the paper pack has the shape of the punch.
I punched out several of the shapes from Basic White Cardstock and embossed them with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder. Then I just glued in top of the flowers. I know….I covered up those pretty flowers but I really wanted to create something a little different and the paper has a subtle design which looks lovely against the embossing.
A single Parakeet Party leaf sprig and a cute butterfly embellishment complete this minimalist card.

Designer Series Paper is one of my favourite products. It’s so easy to create a quick and beautiful card when I have pretty paper doing the hard work for me.
I’ve used the Delightfully Eclectic Designed Series Paper to create this card. Even the flower was cut out of a sheet of DSP and blended with Fresh Freesia ink for a coordinated look and used to embellish the typewriter.
I have a fondness for those individual stamp sets in the catalogue that are just a little bit different. The Just my Type stamp set is one of those cute sets with sweet images. I love how these can be paired together or used individually for different looks.

The Nested Friends stamp set didn’t have my heart at first glance. However, I liked the variety of sentiments in the set and ended up ordering it. I can tell you, I have got my money’s worth out of this set, especially with this bird, using it so many times.
I created a background for my card with Versamark ink which was heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. Then I blended Misty Moonlight ink around the edges. Adding this to a card base which I applied the same technique of blending created depth for this tone on tone background.
My card was been inspired by the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. To form the strips I used the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper. This is a great sketch to use up those scrap pieces of patterned paper or cardstock I know you have lying around.
This pack of 12″ x 12″ papers is a bumper pack with 48 sheets in it. Usually selling for $53, during our June Designer Series Paper sale you can get it for $45.05.
The bird was stamped in Daffodil Delight and I added some detail with Watercolor Pencils. I used Daffodil Delight, Cajun Craze, Balmy Blue and Early Espresso.
The berries and leaves were die cut from Basic White Cardstock and coloured with Stampin’ Blends. Some extra shading was added with an Old Olive Watercolor Pencil. The smaller Soft Sea Foam die cut leaves were also individually highlighted the same way.
A small sentiment was added to flow in with the arrangement of sprigs whilst not detracting from the pretty paper.
