It’s been a little while since I did some watercolouring which is one of my favourite techniques. This beautiful flower from the Happiness Abounds stamp set was just perfect for getting back into it.
I used the Colour Inkspiration CI136 challenge photo as inspiration with the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #570.
I watercoloured the flowers in Blushing Bride and the leaves in a combination of the greens. This card is just so ‘me’ and I really enjoyed creating it. Watch the video tutorial to get all the tips I shared.

For today’s sketch I’ve used one of my favourite stamp sets – Speedy Recovery. You can get this stamp set on sale TODAY ONLY.
I stamped and coloured the image with Stampin’ Blends and added some of the Lights Aglow Specialty DSP. This paper has some foil detail on the one side and the other side is more plain lending itself for all occasions cards.
An ambossed background adds lovely texture for this pretty Get Well card.

This wintry birthday card is great for a masculine card or someone who loves the outdoors. I’ve used the Mountain Air stamp set and coordinating Majestic Mountain Dies. It also makes use of those Cardstock and paper scraps we all have laying around.

I created this card for my FB Live this week using the Christmas Trimmings Dies. This die set offers some traditional Christmas images with stars, stockings and foliage.
I used Shimmery White Cardstock to create the blended star. This gives a different look to using plain A4 Cardstock as it has a subtle shimmer. Generally used for watercolouring, I also love using this Cardstock for stamping and creating effects on.
I love this non-traditional colour palette of Coastal Cabana and Polished Pink with a hint of Kraft Cardstock. Click on the button below to watch a video tutorial.
