Sending Cheer with the New Alpine Winter Suite
I’ve been enjoying creating with the Alpine Winter Suite which is my favourite from the latest release of products. This Online Exclusive product maybe one that could get missed because of it’s winter theme while we in Australia experience Christmas in Summer. However, don’t go past this suite – it’s simply gorgeous.
I’ve followed the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches FMS752 to create my card.
The circle has been replaced with a cluster of fussy cut and die cut elements.
I fussy cut some images from the beautiful Alpine Winter Designer Series Paper. This has some very neutral patterns such ass buffalo check and stripes and with the scenes it will suit a range of projects.
The two individual trees were die cut from Basic Black and Peaceful Pine Cardstock. For a different textural element and look, I heat embossed the Black trees with Black embossing powder. I loved the contrast the shiny trees gave to the card.
A sentiment in Cherry Cobbler adds a bright pop of colour which coordinates with the striped banner (my favourite DSP in this pack).
