Can you believe it? We are at Day 30 of my Sketchtember Challenge celebrating my birthday month. I don’t think I can believe it! What a fun challenge that I got to share with you.

For this last sketch I’ve chosen the Apple Harvest Bundle. Today, is the LAST DAY you can get this bundle. The dies will not be available for purchase after the 30th of September. The Apple Blossoms dies have so many beautiful add on elements that you will want to accessorise your Apple Harvest stamp set images with.
To create the checked background I first blended Parakeet Party ink through the mask with the larger squares. Then I added the mask with the smaller squares on top of the other mask and applied Bermuda Bay ink to create the pattern.
The frame was coloured with Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends and the apple image with a variety of colours.
Apple outer – Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, Calypso Coral, So Saffron, Color Lifter
Apple inner – So Saffron, Pale Papaya, Medium Light, Ivoty
Leaves – Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green
Stem – SU500 Medium, Ivory
Flowers – Pale Papaya

Welcome to the New at SU Blog Hop where this month’s theme is Perfect Partners focusing on our amazing bundles. Until 30th September we have our Perfect Partners promotion with 6 die sets coordinating with stamp sets from the Annual and Mini Catalogues. Our blog hop will include a variety of bundles from our current catalogues.
I’ve chosen the Cottage Wreaths bundle. This is one of the bundles that will be featured in the free World Cardmaking Day event that is being organised by Stampin’ Up!
I die cut 2 base wreaths and an outline wreath from Basic White Cardstock. Then I blended Parakeet Party and Shaded Spruce ink over them with the top wreath inked only in Shaded Spruce. Some ‘snow’ was added with White Craft ink splattered with a Water Painter.
The bow and leaves were die cut from the Gingham Cottage DSP and I blended Flirty Flamingo ink over the die cut pieces. The banner was die cut from Sweetest Christmas DSP. I went over the Real Red stripes with the Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blend and then blended Flirty Flamingo ink over to coordinate with the colour palette.
To complete the card ve layered the Shaded Spruce card base with a panel of Basic White Cardstock which I blended with Shaded Spruce ink.

It’s a slimine sketch for Day 20 of my Sketchtember Challenge and I’m using the beautiful Peace to You stamp set. for the first time. The images and sentiments in this stamp set capture the true meaning of Christmas.
The image of the church was heat embossed in white then I blended Balmy Blue, Tahitian Tide and Starry Sky over it.. Some Snowfall Accents Puff Paint created a layer of snow at the bottom.
HOW TO USE PUFF PAINT
Apply the Puff Paint over the desired area
Heat emboss until it puffs up
I picked the pretty Snowflake Irridescent Vellum for my background which adds just the right amount of sparkle. Then I blended the same 3 inks over the mask for an additional layer which created a nice contrast to the soft vellum.
What about those Sprig Trinkets? Aren’t they just stunning? I actually just received them in my last order and I’m loving them!
