Happy Saturday friends. It’s a bit of of blustery day here in Melbourne but the sun is shining which makes it so much nicer.
Today, I’m featuring the Irresistible Blooms suite which is part of our Online Exclusives range. This suite includes a stamp and die bundle as well as some beautiful Designer Series Paper.
For the background, the Pretty Peacock on the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper coordinated well with the Hello, Irresistible Designer Seriees Paper. The flower was cut out from the paper itself (no colouring required!).
I added some sparkly detail with the Dry Brushed Metallic Paper. Die cutting this with the lined detail die provided a pretty accent against the flower.
Have you checked out the latest additions to our Online Exclusives range? There are some gorgeous products. If you love any products that you see, make sure you order them as there is no guarantee that products will be re-stocked. Orders can be made in my Online Store or just contact me to place the order for you.
Enjoy your weekend.

It’s country charm on Day 9 of my Sketchtember Challenge with the Stampin’ Up! Apple Blossoms bundle which I’ve paired with the checks from the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper. This Host exclusive product is on Page 87 of the Mini Catalogue. You can choose this when your order reaches $250 or if you host a party with orders totalling $250.
I coloured the apples in a range of Stampin’ Blends and love the vibrancy of those colours against the Pacific Point background.
The diagonal pattern from the Apple Harvest stamp set was stamped across the Basic White Card panel before embossing with the Timber Embossing Folder. Then I ran my Crumb Cake ink pad direct to the Cardstock which picked up the embossed detail.
Around the sentiment I used a ruler to go around it with a Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker to give it a defining border.
I hope you have enjoyed this creation and are having fun seeing the various sketches. The Apple Blossom Dies are available while supplies last and only until 30th September. It’s a great coordinating product which you will get lots of use out of.
Have a wonderful weekend.

The Brew Some Fun stamp set has cute images which are great for simple stamping techniques. Stamp in colour or colour the images in for some extra detail.
This thank you card was sent to my Card Club members last month to go along with the Brew Some Fun class. With every Card Club kit, I include a card that’s made with the same stamp set or bundle featured in the class.
I think this would be a great card to give your local cafe? Wouldn’t it just make their day to get a handmade card.
Until 31st March, order the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine for only $83. Selected range of coordinating bundles at 20% off.
I’ve made this card for the Inspire. Create. Challenge which is a colour challenge this week. It’s got 2 of my favourite In-Colours in there – Misty Moonlight and Soft Succulent, so I just had to play along. I’ve used the Artfully Layered Bundle for my Thank You card. This is a gorgeous bundle and the entire suite has so many lovely elements which I added.
The embossed White Cardstock was splattered with some ink from a Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Write Marker by flicking the brush tip of the marker against the cap.
On top of the die cut border, is a piece of the Layering Designs Vellum which comes in a pack of 12 sheets of 12″x12″ paper. You get 4 sheets of 3 designs. Even just the smallest piece, as I’ve used, adds a lovely touch to a project.
Listed below are a list of the products I have used on this card. Click here to shop online or contact me on Ph: 0404 255 001 or email: rochelle@stampingflair.com to place your order.

Welcome to our monthly Colour Combo Blog Hop. Our colour challenge this month is Mossy Meadow, Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate. Don’t you love it when you have to think outside your usual realm of colour palettes? Well, this one did get me thinking and usually I try to build up from the neutral colour as this gives me a great foundation to start on.
I first looked for some Designer Series Paper in Smoky Slate that would work for this card. Stampin’ Up! has a range of DSP in their classic colours which is great for all projects as you will always have coordinating DSP. I also chose a piece of marbled Peony Garden DSP for the tag (although this is not very visible in the photo). It has a slight hint of a shade of Gray (for the purposes of this challenge, it is Smoky Slate!).
The peony was stamped on Fluid 100 watercolour paper in Stazon ink. At first,I was first going to colour the image in Watercolour pencils but then realized there was no Mossy Meadow Watercolour pencil so I had to change my plan. I decided to use Stampin’ Write markers instead with Water Painters to colour it in. This is a technique that I haven’t tried before with Water Painters and I loved the effect it gave.
It is like watercolouring because Stampin’ Write Markers are water based. I didn’t realize how effective or easy it would be. Definitely a technique that’s going to be used again, given that we have 51 colours in our Stampin’ Write Markers range.
I added some extra leaves, die cut from the World of Good Designer Series Paper using the Forever Flourishing Dies. Combined with the watercoloured leaves this created a lovely full bouquet.
Thank you for stopping by Stamping Flair in Melbourne today. Enjoy the rest of the hop as you are inspired by this lovely colour combination. Click on the Next button to go see Linda Moore’s project.
