Thank You Card – Paradise Garden Bundle

Let me tell you a little story about why I purchased the Paradise Garden Bundle. I was clearing my shelves of products that were on Last Chance and realised I was really short on embossing folders. The Paradise Garden bundle had a really pretty embossing folder that I had my eye on for quite some time, however I wasn’t really enamoured with the bundle. This was mainly because it didn’t have detailed dies which is something I love working with.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I decided I was going to get this bundle and my word, I love it. It’s so easy to work with. As expected, the hybrid embossing folder is gorgeous but the stamps and dies are fun to work with.

This set lends itself to simple stamping projects. To enhance the floral arrangement, I stamped and die cut additional leaves and flowers and augmented the cluster which forms one third of the sketch.

I used the hexagon dies in the set, which I just love, and added them on either side of the flowers to complete the layout. The plaid sheet from the Valley in Bloom Designer Series Paper is one of my favourites and it works really well against the pops of coloured foliage.

I embellished my card with the gold butterflies from the Gilded Wings Accents which is part of our July Online Exclusive Release. This is a 12″ x 12″ sheet of die cut butterflies in a range of sizes and you will be wanting to put them on all your projects!
