Over the past weekend I got to spend my Saturday afternoon with a group of lovely ladies to launch the new 2018-2019 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalogue. The theme for the afternoon was a Tropical Escape. In stark contrast to the cold, wintry day that Melbourne had put on for us, it was warm, cheery, fun and friendly inside.
I made goodie bags for everyone. They were each filled with a post-it-note pad decorated in Tropical Escape DSP (to mark the pages of your catalogue), pen, highlighter, shopping list (to fill in all those must have items), coffee sachet and a sugar hit of chocolates to have while browsing through the catty.
The Tropical Chic bundle has some lovely leaf stamps and the Designer Series Paper is stunning. I love the colours in it. They are vibrant and fun and make you think of tropical holidays. I liked the pairing of this set with the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set. The leaf image that comes with it works well with the Tropical Chic Bundle.
The new In-Colours was a section of my display. These new colours are vibrant. With DSP, inks, Stampin’ Write Markers, ribbon and embellishments, Stampin’ Up has everything you need to create beautiful coordinated projects.
The ladies had lots of fun looking through their catalogues and marking everything they wanted. We all have big wish lists.
There were cards and 3D projects to demonstrate some of the beautiful suites that are in the new catalogue.
