Cosy Cabin Christmas Card – Winter Scenes

This cosy cabin from the Winter Scenes stamp set creates a sense of warmth, homeliness and family which is why it’s my favourite in this set. For this second card in my Card Creations Series for September, I used a simple sketch, which highlights this beautiful image.

The image has been coloured with Stampin’ Blends and I’ve added detailing with Watercolour Pencils, layering it onto the Everyday Arches die cuts.

To bring out the warmth and homely feel of the stamped image, I paired it with the cosy check pattern from the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. This classic design instantly adds a touch of country charm, perfectly complementing the rustic cabin scene.
