New at SU Blog Hop – So Very Merry
Welcome to our New at SU blog hop for July. Thanks for stopping by to check out my post today using a brand new product. Our theme this month is Online Exclusives.
WHAT ARE ONLINE EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS?
Online Exclusives is a range of products offered by Stampin’ Up! which can be viewed in our Online Store. These won’t be found in our catalogues. New products are released into the range 3 times year which keeps it exciting and fresh for us. This range of products also includes any carryover products from past catalogues and our huge range of all-inclusives kits. You can order these products online or by contacting me – whatever your preference is.
The main product I have chosen to feature is the Very Merry stamp set from our latest release this month with it’s images reflecting a stained glass window effect.
I had fun colouring in these images with my Stampin’ Blends to create a stained glass glook. I took my time and felt so relaxed just colouring in the panels which I had heat embossed in Gold.
For each panel, I coloured a darker shade towards the bottom with a lighter shade/colour towards the top. This gave it a more natural, sun-shining through effect. I completed the card with Real Red & Gold Dotted Ribbon which is another new product in the Online Exclusives range.
For my next card I die cut several leaves from the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies (Online Exclusive) and glued it onto Basic White Cardstock. Then I die cut it using the Radiating Stitches Dies. Another Online Exclusive product, these dies get a lot of use in my craft room. I just love the detailed edge around the frames. The sentiment was stamped on the label from the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies.
On both these projects I’ve used another new product in the Online Exclusives range which is the One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper. With gorgeous scenes on one side, the other side has more neutral and basic designs such as the ones I’ve used on my cards today.
If you love any products in this range, make sure you get it as there is no guaranntee that once products sell out they will be re-stocked.

Could you please tell me which colors you used for the angel?
I love those colors together. I wanted to use that stamp for my Christmas card this year with the rose gold foil paper. I think those colors may coordinate beautifully.
