Step-it-Up Sunday #7

The Super Duper stamp set has some large greetings and is ideal for card fronts with mimnimal additional work. Working with it for Step-it-Up Sunday gave me a good base for the Basic card. It is simply stamped on Whisper White cardstock and then matted on Pacific Point and Real Red cardstock.

On the stepped up card I have added more stamping on the Pacific Point layer. I stamped the balloons and fussy cut them, adding them to the card with Dimensionals. The centre banner section of the sentiment has been stamped a second time, fussy cut and adhered with Dimensionals as well. The washi tape from the Tutti Frutti bundle adds the extra brightness to this card.

For the dedicated crafter I have worked on the sentiment with heat embossing. I stamped the sentiment twice, once on red cardstock and embossed with white embossing powder and then with Pumpkin Pie on White cardstock in Clear embossing powder. I then fussy cut both layers attaching the top layer with Dimensionals.
