aWow Blog Hop – Cas(e) the Mini Switcharoo
Hello and welcome to the Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop. We are a group of crafters around the world who love Stampin’ Up! products and on the second Wednesday of each month, you will get to enjoy what we have to share. Thank you to Angie Mackenzie for all the organization you put into this month after month. I love taking part in this hop and enjoy all the themes that you come up with.
This month our theme is to Case(e) a project from the Mini Catalogue and switch out the stamp set and colour. I’ve chosen the box on Page 41 to case.

I took the layout and made it into a card using the In the Moment stamp set. I fussy cut the image and coloured with Stampin’ Blends then added the girl onto the leafy die cut from the Birds & More dies. The cushions were stamped and cut out from Subtles DSP.

To create the Fresh Freesia and White panel I used some Fresh Freesia card scrap and cut it into 1cm strips. I added it across a panel of Basic White cardstock (I eyeballed this as I couldn’t be bothered measuring it!). This is a great way of using up scraps of both cardstock and DSP and creates interesting backgrounds.
To finish off I added some of the White Frayed Ribbon which I cut in half (which frayed it even more).

Currently, every $90 you spend in store will earn you a free Sale-A-Bration reward. This offer is available until 28th February. All products I have used are listed at the end of this post.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have been inspired to try something new. Next on our hop is the talented Cheryll Miller. Please visit all the participant blogs for lots of inspiration.
