Hi friends, Welcome to our final Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop for the year. Each month on the second Wednesday, we share inspiration from around each of our corner of the world.

Our theme is so fitting for this time of the year where we say goodbye to the old and welcome in the new. At Stampin’ Up!, we are celebrating the launch of a new catalogue and saying goodbye to old favourites. I’ve endeavoured to share this in my card today with a mix of retiring and new products.

My inspiration for this card came from a mood board I had seen. Each month I give my team some Creative Challenges and I set this as an inspiration challenge.

My layout inspiration was the square cushion and I chose the Ever Eden DSP for the centre panel. I loved the Blackberry Bliss cushion in there (who else views the world in Stampin’ Up! Colours?) and decided on that as it was an unusual colour palette.

I chose the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set with it’s beautiful autumnal leaves with lovely texture-look images for my focal image.

I sponged a piece of Basic White Cardstock with Blackberry Bliss, Soft Suede and Garden Green (picking up on colours from my inspiration photo). Then I die cut the leaves.

I stamped the large dotted image in Versamark over the die cut leaves and heat embossed in gold. That splattering of gold just adds a little something to those leaves which I love.

The sentiment is from the …..stamp set which we got in our swag box from our last Stampin’ Up! conference. Do you love those butterflies? How sweet are they? That was another gift we got at our conference. I’m going to be using those butterflies a lot in the next few months.
