Caseing the Catty Challenge CTC571 – Bloom Boutique Suite
Welcome to the Caseing the Catty Challenge CTC571 and this week we are Caseing the Bloom Boutique Suite. This is a beautiful suite of products featuring all our new In Colors, with gold foiled Designer Series Paper, scalloped edges dies, pretty embellishments and more.
I have been inspired by a scrapbook layout on Page 19 of the May-August catalogue, created using the Heirloom Boutique Scrapbooking Workshop Kit. Like me, you may have missed the Heirloom Boutique Bundle on Page 18 which, although meant to work with the scrapbooking kit, coordinates really well with the other 2 bundles in the suite. This is in my cart waiting for my next order and I can’t wait to put it together with the rest of the suite.

The 4 panels of Designer Series Paper on the scrapbook layout was the inspiration for the base of my card sketch. I alternated between the Bloom Boutique and Every Essentials Designer Series Papers.
The large flower was coloured in Crisp Cantaloupe and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends with the buds in Golden Glow. I stamped off the leaves in Granny Apple Green as I wanted a different green to contrast while still keeping a soft, blended look.
On the flower, I added some Gold heat embossed dots with the Jar of Joy stamp set. A heat embossed sentiment and some Crisp Cantaloupe butterflies bring this card together.
