Hi friends,

Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop July Designer Series Paper

I appreciate you stopping by my blog, Stamping Flair and taking the time to have a look at my project. Today I’m blog hopping with fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrators and we are showcasing 3D projects using Stampin’ Up! products. My project involves no stamping at all.

I have created a very simple, yet fun wreath using the Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper.

Wrapped in Plaid paper used to make a Christmas Wreath

To create the wreath, cut up your paper into 3″ squares. Then add a strip of Tear and Tape to one side. Roll up the square from the opposite side so the tape joins it together to form the cone. Create as many as required to form your circles. You can vary which patterns you would like to use as well.

Then attach this to your frame using hot glue. I tend to get myself in a mess with hot glue so I kept it to a minimum and it stayed attached without a problem. I got this frame from Spotlight and it came with a cord for hanging. For the centre, I took a doily, cut it in half, roughly pleated it and attached it with hot glue.
