Hello, Welcome to a sketch challenge for our Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop. I’m using some products from the Stampin’ Up! January – June Mini Catalogue for my card today.
The Paradise Palms bundle is a favourite of mine and on this card I’ve just used the dies. I die cut the palm trees from White Cardstock, colouring it with Stampin’ Blends. Then I added a second layer of the leaves for extra depth.
I drew a border around the Stitched Rectangle with the Blushing Bride Marker using a ruler as a guide. This added just enough contrast without the need to add an extra layer.
You can download the Recipe Card for this project here.
Thank you for stopping by and visiting me in Melbourne and I hope to see you back soon. Next on our hop is the talented Jo Blackman. Please follow the hop through to see all the interpretations of this sketch.

Really fun images and card design. Thanks of sharing.
Great card!
Thanks Jill x
Pretty card x
Thank you Karen x
I have to admit that I am not crazy about using palm trees on cards as I don’t feel I can either do them justice or come up with one that is pretty and creative enough…but your card does just that – it is the loveliest palm tree card I have seen and now I will have to get the palm trees die/stamp so I can case yours! Also it definitely inspires me on how to use diecuts/stamps that I find hard to design with….thanks for sharing this!
Thank you so much Mary for that lovely compliment. I’m so glad you have been inspired by my creation. x
Pretty card Rochelle !
